Human Heart

Hi. It's been a long time. Last I wrote, we were having the first lockdown due to Covid. Now it's the new normal. Social distancing, masks, tests, vaccines, the list goes on. Honestly I don't even remember how life was like before. Hopefully by the time I write my next post, it'll all be over. As they say hope is dangerous, but that's the least we can do.

Human heart. The organ that's essential for our biological existence. The blood pump of our body. The one that works tirelessly to keep us alive.

We always keep our most favourite moments close to our heart. What's the reason for this? We all know that our brain is responsible for our memories. But still people hold their most special moments by their heart. Why is it so?

I think it's because the heart is a special place. A special place where our soul resides. It can feel what our eyes cannot see and knows what our minds cannot understand. Human character is an epitome of where their heart is at. It's the origin of all feelings. Whenever we feel deeply emotional it's our heart thinking. The joy of feeling special, the pain of losing someone that is really important, it all affects our heart. It's really important to know your heart. Otherwise life can be confusing. I too struggle sometimes to know what my heart wants. And it's normal. True peace is to know exactly what your heart needs. Also try not to feed it with bad thoughts.

Giving your heart to someone is a risky thing to do. Nothings hurts more than being heart broken. It's the only thing in the world that weighs more once it's broken. But if it's the right person, then it will be the most beautiful feeling in the world. Ah, love they say.

Try to put some heart into your decisions. It'll help us to be more compassionate to our fellow beings and to be gentle. And most importantly respect those who have given their hearts to you. Cheers.

The best and most beautiful things in the world cannot be seen or even touched - they must be felt with the heart.

Transitions

“Things change. And friends leave. Life doesn't stop for anybody.”

― Stephen ChboskyThe Perks of Being a Wallflower

Hey all,

It's been a while since my last post. A really long while perhaps. So here I'm sharing all the changes that happened in my life throughout these years. All the transitions in a nutshell.

Talking about changes, there is a lot to list out.  Modiji became the prime minister for the second time, Trump's still claiming to make America great again, Brexit is happening, Ronaldo left Real Madrid, Coldplay played their last gig with 'A head full of dreams' theme(my personal fav) and I finished my B.tech. Now, of course, I have to get used to being called the 'B.tech Mamman' by my niece. LOL.

I was fortunate enough to secure a campus placement and save myself from the usual crisis an unemployed B.tech graduate has to face. So for me, it's going to be a completely new phase in life. When I look back, I have a lot of memories to cherish. Some good ones and some pretty bad ones. I enjoyed my schooldays even though there were many restrictions. The usual restrictions that a single child has to face perhaps. But the most memorable were my college days. Those were the best days of my life. I'll be sharing my college experiences in a separate post.

It's amazing how people change with time. Some of the people who were really close to me when I wrote the last post are strangers for me now. I don't know who's to blame. Maybe it's me. But as the saying goes, the right ones will stay, no matter what happens. And I met new people. Some who have turned into a family for me. To those people, you guys are the best and I'll be there for you no matter what.

Another change is that I cannot be the same irresponsible child anymore. I have to take all the decisions by myself. That's the biggest challenge that I have to face. Anyways I'm ready to face all the hurdles that lie ahead. I have a lot of dreams. Not only career-wise but also for my personal life. It's said that aim for the stars and you'll reach the sky. So I'm aiming for the stars.

I'll be sharing my initial work-life experience in the near future.
Well, that's it for now. May the force be with you. Cheers.

Humanity

"We can't help everyone, but everyone can help someone"
                                                                                             -Ronald Reagan

Humanity is basically explained as the condition of being human. Ultimately it is a set of qualities that define human nature. The thought of writing something about it came to me when I noticed something that happened a few weeks back.

I was travelling from my college to my hometown in a private bus and I was standing because none of the seats were vacant. After some time one man boarded the bus. His neck was covered with bandage and he could hardly move his head. He was tired and wasn't in  good condition. To my surprise none of the passengers helped him to have a seat. Everyone was indulged in their own activities and they were in their own world. None of them even pretended that they saw him. And he had to stand the whole time till he reached his destination
.
I was pretty much gutted in finding how all of them just ignored him. I realized the fact that in this world  there is no one to take care of you other than yourselves.

The sole purpose of life is serving humanity. There is no point in living if we can't see who's next to us and what are their needs. Love, compassion are all part of humanity. It is the quality which defines who we are.
People have stopped listening to their conscience. They are just worried about their needs. We are not worthy of being called as humans if we ignore the suffering of others.
There is no point in achieving anything in life if we don't have the mentality of considering others. It's our duty as humans to care about our fellow beings. If we help someone in their difficult times it will be the greatest gift that one can give. True happiness can be achieved only by being human.

So try to help others. Love each other. In doing so there will not be any differences or difficulties that we can overcome. Try to care about others feelings. Let's try to make this world a better place to live in.
With love. Cheers.

Be Positive

Let me begin by quoting an example of something that is happening in the nature. We all love honey. Does anyone think where it is from? Well, it is a product of the hard work of the honeybees. Honey bees work hard day and night and collect honey. And then we take it from them. Now imagine the honeybees stop collecting honey. Because whatever they do has no use at all. All the honey that they collect will be taken by humans and there is no point in collecting it. If this happens then no more honey will be produced. But they never stops. They again go out and starts collecting honey.

What the honey bees shows us is to never lose hope. Everything happens for a reason. Its our attitude that matters. Being positive about everything, in the way we dress, look, and think helps us to enjoy life. All the successful people have achieved everything only through a positive mind set.

Having a positive mind can help us to fulfill our dreams. Find the good in others. Without a positive attitude we cannot attain higher grounds both in our personal and professional life. Failures can happen. Take all the positives from it and try even harder. As it is said there is no shortcut for success. Begin each day with a positive intend. Stop being afraid of what could go wrong and start being positive about what could go right. Never lose interest in whatever work you are doing. Having a positive mind set is necessary in all the aspects of our life. So never lose hope. Be like the honeybees. Try even harder. Be positive. Be good. Cheers.

Inner voices

There will be situations in everyone's life when  it feels like a dead end. You may be facing a series of problems and you may not have any idea what to do. The best solution to all those problems is listen to your inner voices.
Whenever we are faced with a difficulty most of us would consult our friends or other close ones for a solution. Sometimes it can be a good influence. But it can also lead to a series of wrong decisions which would make the problems worse.
No matter how big the problem is or what your condition is there will always be a solution deep inside you. To find it you should think calmly and then you will hear your inner voices. Make your decisions based on what you think is right. Then you will gain the courage to face whatever that comes in your way.
Stay calm. Listen to your inner voices.
